Vintage Oliver closed grille pedal tractor. Castings seem ok, no cracks, chain is missing, tire on front missing, pedal mechanism has been welded. Needs bushings for pedal where it goes through casting, little loose. The rear axle loose in both housings, bushings? Steering wheel intact, but one spoke is broken. Pictures tell it\'s story.
