Original Cragstan Astronaut Robot made by Yonezawa (Japan) in the 1950's. This crank wind vintage toy displays great and works very strong and as it should. When the crank is turned the robot saunters forward by walking forward in a right / left motion while his arms swing, a plunking noise is emitted from the toy as he proceeds forward. Original plastic face shield is near perfect with no scratches. Tin litho is bright and shiny. Light edge wear. Two tabs on the back are not flat to the toy. Stamped with the Yonezawa Japan lotus leaf trademark on its back. Scarce hard to find man's face variation. Shipping price includes full insurance coverage.
