This is a lightly usedO.S. 15 (2.5cc) R/C engine, which has been converted to diesel operation by the seller.

The O.S.15-FP featuresSchneurle-porting, and a robust crankshaftwith bronze-bushed main bearing.

Squish band technologyhas been incorporated into the designof thediesel conversion. The combustion chamber shapefollows that ofthe originalglow cylinder-head, and contributes toa strong diesel performance.

The engine incorporates the following features:

• New diesel cylinder head machined from aluminium alloy and anodised bright blue.
• Flanged cast-iron sleeve fittedinside the cylinder-head. This incorporates an annularsquish band and houses a close-fitting10mm diameter steelcontra-piston.
• New2-BA steel compression screw.
• New Intake venturi, machined from aluminium alloy and fitted witha spray-bar andratchet needle.
• Original muffler,R/C carb and (glow) cylinder head are included with the engine.
• original box is included, plus papers andtransfer sheet.
  

The enginecan be used forF/F, C/Lor R/C work, in either diesel or glow formats by selectively assembling the components, as listed above.

The engine has been bench tested in diesel format, and performswellwith a 9\"x6\" propeller. It hand starts easily andrevs out cleanlyand very quietly with the OS muffler fitted.
