Oversized forend Swedish CG-63 mauser FSR sling hand stop target match rifle NR
Price: US $134.99
Thank you for visiting my sales, your business is much appreciated!First off, two last pictures of my CG-63 rifle are for the ILLUSTRATIVE purposes only, so you can appreciate the functionality and use of this forend actually mounted on a CG-63 Match rifle (Carl Gustaf Swedish Mauser). that rifle is NOT for sale nor is included in this sale.
Also, it started to snow here as I was taking pictures, thus you might see melted snow on the items (drops) - it was promptly dried after pictures were taken. My camera takes horrible inside light pictures, so I opted to do a quick outdoor picture shooting vs. horrible inside pics... Items will arrive dry :) and without any water staining, obviously.BONUS: This purchase also gets you a brand new CG-63 butt plate (qty.1) for FREE (shipped together with item).there are 3 different forends in the pictures - you are offerding on ONE (qty.1) only. reason for showing three - these are different shades (I will call these: light, medium and dark) - I am giving buyer(s) a choice/pick in his/her desired wood shade (all are European Walnut, however, wood closer to the core of the tree is the darkest (aka \'dark\')). Only DARK and MEDIUM are left, light has sold out.So, upon winning offer/purchase, please specify in /PayPal\'s checkout \'message to the seller\' your wood shade/tone preference, as (examples): \'Please ship MEDIUM forend\' or \'Please ship DARK forend\'.This sale is for:
(qty.1) Brand NEW oversized forend for a CG-63 rifle (beautiful walnut) with a FSR logo. (buyer has a choice of wood color/shade).
(qty.1) Aluminum hand stop rail (correct dovetail at the trigger guard end, however orientation can be reversed) was mounted for you (muzzle end: sz6 x 1/2 aluminum screw, middle+triggerguard end: sz6 x 3/4 aluminum screw).
(qty.1) Correct and brand new hand stop aka sling thingie - moves perfect and locks perfect (on the rail) - in short: ready for your sniper or FSR sling (either full or wrist sling).
*(qty.1) strip of tar/rubber. it is sticky on one side and not sticky on the other. you can choose to use it or not - up to you. Some shooters would glue a piece or several of rubber strips to the forend to provide an absorber between the stock and forend piece. I have been using this \'stuff\' on several of my rifles with no complaints (other then it is tar in nature, thus it does not provide a clean \'peel off\' if you decide to remove it. Should you decide to use it, you will not need all of it. Cuts the best with a sharp utility knife. Blue tape is on the sticky side.
*(qty.1) felt strip, if you rather use that for a buffer/bedding between the forearm and the stock (basically you would use a tar strip or a felt strip).
(qty.1) CG-63 buttplate.
(qty.1) Steel 10 x 1 - 1/4 round head (slotted) wood screw (aka \'long mounting screw\').*Regarding absorber strips (tar or felt): Most CG-63 rifles do NOT have/use these. I found thru experimentation (various media, including thinner rubber strips) that there is a slight improvement (FOR ME) in using a buffer/absorber vs not having one. Felt (this particular thickness I am including) and particular tar yielded the best result for me at 100m and 300m bench (off sand bags). These have to be mounted tight (caution: do NOT over tighten to the point of stripping wood threads) and should NOT be loose/free floating. Again, you can use it (insert aka absorber aka buffer) or not, its your call/ decision - reason I am including these two media buffers is because I want to share what has worked for my shooting technique/pattern and my CG-63 rifles. Reason I am elaborating on it - I have received questions as to why and what it is and etc :) . There is a tradeoff, as always in life: tar yielded a bit (slight) better results vs. felt, however, it is NOT as clean as far as install and removal. These are very functioning and are a real deal, do not miss out on one for your rifle. Yes, I have seen these mounted on a regular M96 and a FSR - I would not do it to my own rifle(s) (you will need to get a shorter screw or ground it off, one on the muzzle end of a forearm - as it will hit your front band spring on a regular M96), however, some swede rifle shooters opt to install these on their M1896 based (stock) rifles - well, its your rifle(s), preference and choice. CG-80 rifles basically incorporated that oversized forend into their 1-piece stock (Norma Precision) design...again, sale is for: oversized forend + aluminum hand stop rail (pre-mounted) + hand stop (aka target sling swivel) + rubber buffer strip + felt buffer strip + long mounting screw + CG-63 brand new buttpad/buttplate.Pictures should be self explanatory. Items described to the best of my knowledge, if I am wrong on this, please feel free to shoot me a message. disclaimer: Naturally, I would recommend you consult a qualified gunsmith before using this type of a hardware or before performing any firearm upgrades / modifications. I am not liable for any and all unintended/ill/severe/dangerous consequences/outcomes resulting in improper use / installation/lack of testing of this item.

I was asked a NUMBER OF TIMES in previous sales if pictured rifle (or parts of it, like sights, etc.) is/are for sale - it is NOT. So no need to send me offers as your offers will not be considered.
