Very good condition and guaranteed original pre WWI BritishP07 Enfield bayonet that is maker marked WILKINSON on the blade and dated “112” for January 1912. Bayonet still retains the correct original early hookedquillon. This is very rare as most were removed, and later made without. Bladehas mixed brown and gray metal finish. Remaining metal finish is similar with afew pits. Marked on the pommel with the dual Broad Arrows “sold out of service”marking. Wood grips have original finish and a good tight fit with some normalhandling marks. Lock button functions fine. Fitted in correct original leatherscabbard that has steel throat and tip and the early style frog stud. Leatheris soft and supple with some normal wear, stitching and rivets are nice and tight.An extremely rare P07 Enfield bayonet with hooked quillon that will make a fineadvanced addition to your collection.
