The 14K Fine Pen Point reads: “Waterman’s Ideal New York – 8”. There is a small amount of iridium on each tine. The Pen Point has been Tested with Ink and is Excellent. The Clip-Cap is marked, “Clip-Cap with the Ideal Globe Logo”. The Barrel is imprinted: “Pat’d. 1884 May 23, 1899 – Waterman’s (Ideal Globe Logo) Fountain Pen. N.Y. U.S.A., - Aug. 4. 1903\", and the end is marked “18”. The Bands are 18K and the Indicium is clean…NOT engraved.
The Pen is in Working Order. NO Cracks, NO Teeth Marks, NO Stains.
