These beautifulknives all have the arched 3 line tang stamp, “UTICA” arched over “CutleryCo.” over “Utica NY”, recognized by serious Utica knife collectors as oneof Utica’s earliest tang stamps dating back toUticaCutleryCompaniesinception in 1910 and continuingthru the mid 1930’s. That dates these knives to be somewhere between 80 and 104years old. It is absolutely incredible that these little beauties somehowsurvived the past 100 or so years, and have remained in perfect condition! Wherewould you ever see another brand new ½ dozenbox of factory new Utica knives dating tothat period? Each and every knife is absolutely brand new, and still wrapped inthe original Utica Cutlery Co. wax wrapping paper. The knives are all exactlythesame, and would be the same pattern number 32402, as the box label states. The Pattern number 32402is a 2blade Gentleman’s pocket knife, designed with a 2 inch pen style main blade,with and early style long nail pull. The secondary blade measuring 1 5/8”inches is designed as a “Cutting Point nail file” blade. They each measure 3 1/8\" overall closed. Each knife has genuineMother of Pearl handles, Nickel Silver Bolsters, with brass liners. These beauties are very well designed, and were manufactured using thevery bestquality materialsavailable. The knivesare 100% authentic factory originals and 100% factory new. Original Uticapocket knives are very hard to find, since most of them were contract marked.These are not, and are very rare indeed. To complete this wonderful factoryoriginal grouping, they are packaged in the original yellow factory shippingbox, and all six individual Utica Cutlery Co. marked wax wrapping papers thatprotected the knives in shipment.
