Up for sale is a very unique and rare antique no. 1 Densmore up strike typewriter.

From the research I have done this appears to be one of the first models ever produced. As you can see from the photos the typewriter is in very good condition considering it\'s age. I have tested the keys and they all seem to strike normal and the bell rings on the back. I do not know a lot of details about this type writer but it looks to be complete from what I can see with all the mechanical parts. There obviously needs to be some cleaning of the nickel finish the parts as well as removing dust but all in all a very good representation of this typewriter.
