More photos below. Offered here is an original early vintage threadline spinning reel. There are no makers marks but it would appear to be a Morris Carswell\'s Modified Illingworth reel. The reel is of a very simple design with exposed gearing, automatic half bail and quick \'no tools\' take apart. It is in working order with a little wear/play to the main crank bearing and an old soldered repair to the bail. Condition otherwise as per my photos below.
