VGiBA nice rare vintage tinplate battery operated Rabbits with Carriage toy with fur covered Mother Rabbit, Baby Rabbitin pram and butterfly on wire, made in Japan by theSuzuki & Edwards Co. (S & E) in the 1950\'s.The toy is in excellent cosmetic condition with littleplaywear, the fur on both rabbits is brightly coloured(just a little worn on Mother Rabbit), the tinplate and the battery box is clean and free from rust. The toy did workwhen I tried it several months ago, but this time nothinghappened when batteries were inserted and the toy switched on. It could be a loose wire, but I will leave thefix for the buyer and it is being sold as non-working. When working, Mother Rabbit walks and pushes the Pram along while the Baby eats the carrot and squeaks.The butterfly moves (swings on the wire) and Mother Rabbit also moves her head from side to side. The toy measures 7 inches long by 4 wide and 9.5 inches tall. It is marked with the Suzuki & Edwards“S & E” emblem and “Made in Japan” on the pram.Comes with a very good original box that has a smallpiece missing from one end and is also fully marked with the “S & E” emblem and “Made in Japan” on the lid.A rare vintage battery tinplate toy that rarely comes up for sale, even in non-working condition.Please see my other vintage toys I have listed.

A nice rare vintage tinplate battery operated Rabbits with
Carriage toy with fur covered Mother Rabbit, Baby Rabbit
in pram and butterfly on wire, made in Japan by the
Suzuki & Edwards Co. (S & E) in the 1950\'s.
The toy is in excellent cosmetic condition with little
playwear, the fur on both rabbits is brightly coloured
(just a little worn on Mother Rabbit), the tinplate and the
battery box is clean and free from rust. The toy did work
