.This is a pretty nice old saddle. It has the makers stamp in 4 places. The front part of the seat behind the cantel and both of the latigo holders. The model number, 341, is inside of a star on the front of the seat and also on the latigo holders. The leather is quite pliable, there has been a repair on the bottom of the stirrup leather on the right hand side of the saddle which you can see in the pictures. There has also been a repair where the second string goes through the seat leather on the left side of the saddle. I think this is a quite rare saddle and could still be rode in or make an excellent display piece. The tree is solid and the saddle has the original sheep skin. The length of the skirts are 27 inches, has a 5 inch cantel and a 16 inch seat. The saddle is a very attractive piece of our western history. The Sentinal Butte Saddlery Co. was founded by W.F.
