This piece was produced by J&G Meakin in Hanley, England circa 1875, and retains their printed mark of the Royal Arms used in pre 1890 production and an impressed mark.
This beautiful embossed White Ironstone pitcher is in the Wheat & Hops Shape featuring a body with vertical ribs with embossed wheat, leaves, and berries or hops.
This pitcher is in perfect condition with no chips, cracks or crazing - only a few natural imperfections. It measures 11 3/4 inches in height and 5 1/2 inches from spout to handle.
