What does it mean that this is a lifetime license?
This means that this license will give you complete security protection for the life of the computer (more details below). As long as the computer is working and you are operating it, this license is valid. Please note: once the software is installed on your computer, you cannot transfer the license to another computer. Example: You install this software and keycode on 1 laptop and 1 PC, using both licenses, and they must stay on those two computers.
Since this is a lifetime license, does that mean I get to upgrade to the newest versions of the software when they come out in the future?
Yes! When Vipre comes out with a new version of their antivirus software, you will receive a notification to download and update to the newest version of the software. So, if there is a new antivirus program that comes out in 2016, 2017, 2018 and so on, you will be able to upgrade to that new version of the software for free.
So, this covers 2 PCs?
That\'s right. There\'s 1 keycode on the back of the card, and it will work on 2 PCs or laptops of your choice. This is designed to work with Windows only, so this will not work on mobile devices or any non-windows products.
What if I have more than 2 PCs?
You can order more than 1 card just by changing the number in the quantity box (just below the item condition above) to whatever number of cards you need. I also sell a 1 PC version of this product, but there is a separate listing for that.
Will this work on my computer?

• This will only work on Windows (32 or 64 bit) PCs and laptops.
• It is recommended that you have at least 512MB of RAM on your computer.
• You should be running the one of the following versions of Windows on your computer:

• Windows 7

Ok, so what do I actually receive if I purchase this?
I will ship you a keycard that will be inside a shrink wrapped envelope that will have the above mentioned keycode on the back. It will also have instructions on how to load the software onto your computer. This does not come with a CD, and you will need a working internet connection to load the software onto your computer. You will receive the peace of mind that a physical product is actually being shipped to you in the mail.
Be careful - there are sellers of this product that are saying they offer \"free shipping\" or \"Free Expedited Shipping\", but then they turn around and charge you if you want the card shipped to you. They will email you a keycode and not send you a physical product, which is against policy.
How quickly will I receive the card?
I ship USPS first class with a tracking number that you can use to track your shipment. This will go into the mail within 24 hours of purchase (after payment clears) on Monday through Friday. On Saturdays and Sundays this will most likely go in the mail on Monday, but on some occasions I will be able to ship it on a Saturday if the order comes in early enough.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! International shipping is $5.95. It does come with a tracking number, but according to USPS, the package isn\'t tracked once it leaves the U.S. However, I have found that in many instances the package is tracked after it leaves the U.S., and tracking often gives delivery information. Your package should arrive in 7-10 days from the shipment date.

What is your return policy?
Returns can only be accepted if the card has not been removed from the shrink wrap. If the card has been removed from the shrink wrap, the return will not be accepted and no refund will be issued. The product must be in the exact same condition as it was when it was shipped to you.

Yes, and I highly recommend that you do this. I haven\'t heard of any problems with this software at all, but just to be on the safe side you should try it out.
