I have received a couple of comments asking if the 5-Cent might not be a #75 (Red-Brown) instead of a # 76 (Brown). I added a photo showing a known #76 for contrast, and sure enough, it appears that this might be the case. You be the judge. However, the cover is not being offered as having a #75 in the franking and it cannot be returned on that account. OK?
