THE BOARD NEEDS SOME COMPONENTS AND IT IS POSSIBLE TO MAKE A FUNCTIONAL TI 99/8 IF THE MISSING CHIPS (TMS 9995 AMONG OTHERS) ARE ADDED INCLUDING THE PAL CHIPS (WITH THE USE OF A DEVICE PROGRAMMER AND THE APPROPRIATE CODES). THERE IS ENOUGH INFORMATION AVAILABLE ONLINE TO DERIVE THE CODES FOR THE PALS THOUGH ONE PAL WILL NEED REVERSE ENGINEERING
