UnderwoodPortable Typewriters (a set of 4).They are guaranteed to fit onUnderwood Champion Portable and Underwood Leaderas well as many other Underwood portables that use a flange foot in the front (that mounts into the frame) and a heeled foot for the rear. The front & rear feet are different from one another. You will receive two of each.After more than75 years,the originalfeet have deteriorated and no longer serve the purpose they once had. They have hardened and flattened down so theyno longer grip the work surface. The flange on the front feet are also known to break off. When we refurbish an AntiqueUnderwood typewriter in our shop, we always replace these feet! And they make your typewriter look good too! The installation of the front feet requires a moderate amount mechanical skill and patience.Instructions for installing them is provided with your order.
Theycan be easilydamaged and I do not assume the responsibilityfor them if they are damaged during installation.
