This belt buckle was given out at the 120th Sheriff's Association of Texas conference in Austin Texas by members of the U.S. Postal Inspectors. They were given out to Texas Sheriffs and other law enforcement officials in attendance. The buckle is embossed with the SAT star and the postal inspectors badges. The back reads"this buckle custom cast for US Postal Inspection Service-3644 buckle no. 386. The buckle was produced by Creative Castings in Denison, Texas . The buckle measures approx. 3"x4". It is in like new condition and has never been worn.
