Listed this week is an exceptional and important estate collection of Chinese Works of Art. This sale will span over three days with hundreds of superb and rarely found examples being offered, surely being one of our finest sales to date. This day two of the sale consists mainly of Chinese paintings. Many of the paintings listed I have no idea about. The paintings are from a prominent Toronto estate collection. The collectors were very wealthy and knowledgeable collectors so I would urge you to have a good look through the pieces being offered. I am sure there are a number of treasures to be found!

Up for sale is a Large Chinese Abstract Painting on paper. This painting has a very interesting and bold design. I do not know a great deal about this painting is it well worth looking into. The painting came from this estate collection with many more fine and important artworks. The people where very wealthy and spent tens of thousands of dollars on art around 20-30 years ago so I believe there is a chance this could be a desirable piece. I did take some close-ups to show this is an actual painting and not a print, which can easily be seen in person. The painting was rolled up in a closet with many of the other paintings and scrolls listed. The painting has some very light crease lined in the paper but is otherwise in fine original condition. The painting is a very large size with the painting itself measuring 53 3/4 inches wide by 27 inches tall. The mating measures 60 inches wide by 33 1/2 inches tall.
