Offered is a very ornate, solid sterling silver tea pot. Made by the Durgin Company. Hallmarked underneath with proper Durgin marks and retailer Jas R. Armiger Co of Baltimore, MD. Hand chased all around with floral and foliate decorations. Engraved with Old English font initials of K K M on one side of the body. Pot measures 7.25\" tall x 10.25\" handle to spout x 3 7/8\" wide. Made of thick gauge silver, the pot weighs 653 grams. Piece is in superb condition, with lightest age wear. Pot handle is rock solid and has no wiggling. It has never been offered on the market and first time on ! Sold as found, straight out of the estate so it needs some polish as it is tarnished from age.. No heavy tarnish and no pitting of the metal.
