WHITE SATIN RIBBON IS THREADED, OVER AND UNDER, THROUGHOUT THE LACE. THE COLLAR IS ROUND AND TRIMMED WITH A RUFFLE. THE COLLAR OPENS WITH SMALL BUTTONS AND BUTTON HOLES.
