Up for sale a wonderful Conn 48 B Connqueror.This “Wide Model” with the rimless bell (Vocabell), octagonal valve casing, doubleleadpipe, horn made of thick-walled brass, is legendary. It has a standardmedium #1 ½ bore, corresponding to 0.458”. The trumpet is in very good condition. It has been re-lacquered by a pre-owner. Thereare no dents or dings, only a few tiny scratches on the lacquer-surface and avisible discoloration round the main spitvalve. (see pictures). The horn isequipped with the famous patented Clickless Crysteel Valves, bottom sprung. Allslides operate smoothly and the valves are lightning-fast with no loss ofair-pressure. The Conn 48 B Connqueror is not onlyrenowned for its craftsmanship but also for its perfect intonation, and for itsfull range of sound from lowest whispering to highest screaming! There is not moreto say, the “connoisseur” of Conn instruments will know….

The trumpet comes in its original case which cannothide its age, a bit shaggy, but still usable. Seems to be an old US-Army case.There comes mouthpiece Olds 7 C.
