This lovely commemorative plate is a companion piece to another one I have listed. It was made by the Haviland Co. in Limoges, France. It is made exclusively for the National Society Daughters of the American Revolution for A Legacy Preserved. It is dated specifically 1982 and signed by a member of the Haviland family. It is numbered as A-87 and that is printed on the original box which it comes in-this plate has a box within a box. The plate measures about 7.5\" in diameter and features orchids with the letters C.S.H. on the front. It is in pristine condition and I don\'t believe it\'s ever been displayed.
