Recently purchased this old toy from the original owners daughter. It measures approximately 8 inches across. I put batteries in it and it works great!!! The action of this toy is mesmerizing to say the least. As the toy runs across the floor, the space scenes under the glassed dome rotate in the windows. I\'ve never seen anything like it before.
