This is a nice early Mitchell decoy. It measures approx 23 3/4" from tip of tail to tip of bill with wide body measuring approx 8 1/2". Bottom hasweight with 4 nails, staple and ring, all of which are original.

There are three tight checks in bottom that run from breast to just behind weight. There is also a separation and check from neck to body. There may be an old repair at bottom of neck that seems to have been repainted but just at the base of neck. Overall a really nice decoy.
