Here we have a mid century modern style Royal Futura 800 Portable Manual Typewriter. This Typewriter is in well kept condition and looks as it has been stored in good condition for many years. There is some very light wear to the body, in as much as it is a used item. Please see our pictures for a good visual description. The unit is in really good working condition, all keys type with good action and carriage movements. The ribbon appears to have some life left on it, but it will eventually need replaced (available on and elsewhere). It may be dry from all the years of storage. The unit has a 1950\'s styled two-tone gray metal body. It comes with the original case in good condition. The case appears to be leather, but we are not experts and do not know for sure if it is. It has a couple of scuff marks, but no tears or rips.

The hardware in the bottom of the case that holds the typewriter seems to be in fine working order. We only cleaned the machine and case with a damp micro cloth, so it can probably use more cleaning. The Typewriter itself measures 13\" by 13\" aprox.. The case is 7\" tall by 14\" across by 13 3/4\" in depth.
