This sale is for a vintage slik blend sea green colored floor length slip/negligee/nightgown. It is in the lovely bias cut that was so popular in the 1930s and the fabric flows beautifully. The only flaw I can find is a a small spot on the left side of the bodice, just to the left of center. It is about the size of a penny. The slip is hand made and very simple with no lace, embroidery or decoration. The straps are made of the same material as the body of the gown. This gown is TINY. Bust measures 32 inches, waist 30, hips 38. The overall length is 56 inches. Hem measures 75 1/2 inches. Straps are 23 inches long and 1/4 inch in length. The fabric is strong and shows no signs of wear, abrasion, or other problems. Other than the one spot on the bodice, no stains, holes, ripped seams, bad smells or other problems. I did wash it in Woolite and can tell you it is NOT colorfast. IT faded in cold water and Woolite. From a smoke free home, although there are cats in the home.
