GREAT DECOY!
Vintage Special Order Mason Challenge Grade Hollow body Mallard Drake Duck Decoy Circa 1900. This hollow body decoy is in 100% original Premier grade paint. Very beautiful vibrant colors with thick early swirling still prominent on back. Very small tail chip. Note original blue paint faded on top of bill and brown swooped side paint blended into back portion of decoy. This paint was superbly executed.
Eyes have been professionally replaced with period correct german glass eyes.This decoy was recently purchased in St. Charles at the annual Pheasant run Decoy show.
One of the prettiest mason decoys I have seen.

Measures 16" long.
