Lovely vintage straw flowerpot hat. Very nice condition, the straw is in very nice shape as are the flowers. the elastic is someone stretched out, and looks to be a replacement. Measures about 12\" across,4.5\" tall, and 20\" brim circumference. This is meant to perch on the head somewhat, and looks great tilted to an angle.
