This is a turquoise vintage Catalina Pottery headvase with the number C801. The piece stands roughly 6.5 inches tall. There does appear to be some dirt/residue on the inside (likely from a plant) as well as a minor spot on the arm where there is some ground in dirt that I will allow the new owner to attempt to remove. The piece is marked underneath. I am not an expert, but I try to take good pictures and provide accurate and realistic descriptions of the product.
