For sale is a Chas. E. George model Vega Standard trumpet made by the Vega Company 155 Columbus Ave Boston. The trumpet is silver plated with gold trim valve tops and bottoms and spit valves. The trumpet's serial number is 28080. Also engraved on the trumpet is pat. July 1910 and SB 1. The trumpet plays very well. The engraving on this trumpet is especially nice. From what I have read the Vega trumpets that have the street address engraved on them precede the trumpets with no street address and are thought to be of higher quality. The trumpet comes with a mouth piece and a Conn case. The trumpet is used and sold as is.
