VINTAGE WM THOMPSON CABIN HOME DECO PRINT GOODRICH SILVERTOWNS TIRES ADVERTISING Product DescriptionHere is a great vintage advertising for Goodrich Silvertowns Tires - Tubes, created for F. A. Burt General Merchandise Oils and Greases South Lansing, New York. W. M. THOMPSON. His signature is on the lower left corner titled "The Old Home". To the left of the artist signature in the extreme lower left corner it has Copyright Knapp Co on lower right. The Parrish style print shows beautiful rich glowing color with a moon with clouds. With cabin windows glowing and reflecting in the pond in the front. The imag is still bright and distinct. It measures 9 1/4" long by 7 1/2" high.This thick card board or card stock had a calendar attached at one time but likely was removed to hang the beautiful attached print of the famous painter W. M. Thompson, "The Old Home". This dates from the 1920's to 1930's. A great collectors item that displays beautifully and would be beautiful framed in Art Deco era frame. The print is only attached along the top edge so that it could easily be removed for framing. Excellent condition with fabulous color graphics! Hardly any edge wear to the actual print, see images. has stopped the ability to enlarge pictures within the listing so please just use images.
