Morton Pitt Company back when it was located in San Gabriel,California (it’s now based in Ventura).This is a terrific piece of law enforcement / police history. It’s a marked size 38 with old brassdetails. The actual buckle looks newer,as though it has been replaced recently.It’s silver in color and very shiny.The belt includes a flashlight or night stick holster. This holster has a busted “Pull the Dot”button. The snap has pulled form theback of the strap. The belt and holsterhave wonderful details. The F. MortonPitt Co. was founded in 1941 so this dates from later than 1940. It’s in very good condition with nicedetails. It’s made with super highquality. This is an old, defunctitem.
