This Welch Spring clock presents a worthwhile restoration project mainly focused on the case veneer. The paper in the case inside back is yellowed but readible and pretty much intact. The paper on the metal disk cover of the calendar mechanism inside the dooris passable. The calendar jumps date as it should when the actuation lever inside the door is raised. The day mechanism on the upper time dial also moves when the minute hand is given 24 hours worth ofrevolutions. Painted dials are original but flaking. The movement appears to require little or no effort as it seems solid and fairly clean. This is available only to buyers in lower 48 contiguous states and is sold for parts or restoration.
