Pedestal was made Circa1915-1920.

Early 1900\'s Weller Pottery tall pedestal in thegorgeous Baldwin pattern. Impress marked Weller inside base. Very good 100 yearold condition, with several small glaze slips and nicks. Part of the trunkappears to have hand marks prior to firing. Beautiful American Art Pottery willbe double boxed and insured.Weller Pottery Company of Zanesville, Ohio.The pattern is the ever popular \"Baldin\" and the items are aJardiniere and Pedestal. The overall height of this lovely combination is 317/8\" tall and the Jardiniere is approximately 13 1/2\" in diameter atthe widest point or belly of the planter. The Pedestal is 23 1/4\" tall.The Pedestal depicts a Naturalistic Apple Tree at Harvest time. The bottom ofthe Pedestal is a warm earth tone Brown graduating and blending with Greenstowards the top to represent the foliage. It even has open handled branchestowards the top for a realistic affect. There are a few ripe apples surroundingthese branches that are Red with portions of them accented with Greenish yellowtones. Beautiful Natural glazes givethis tree a stunning Look!

Pedestal stand, or would look great with round glassfor small table.

The Pedestal is in Good Condition as there are no cracks, but thereis one small chip at the top (see pictures) and there is something spilt on itthat will need to be cleaned off. Alsosome wear on top and bottom rims evident of being used.

There are no Markings on this piece. The Weller Marking may have rubbed off overtime or it may be a reproduction.
