Offered today is an authentic World War 1 poster. The poster has the slogan, \"OVER THE TOP FOR YOU.\" Along the bottom is: \"Buy U.S. Gov\'t Bonds\" and \"Third Liberty Loan.\" The poster is signed on the bottom left corner by Sidney H. Riesenberg. Directly under the signature on the bottom left margin is \"1-A\". The bottom left margin has the info, \"Ketterlinus, Phila.\" This World War 1 poster measures about 20\" by 30\".
I consider this old poster to be in overall good condition, considering its age. Now, that is my opinion only. I\'m most certainly not qualified to appraise WW1 posters, or anything else! There are some creases, notably near the upper left corner. All four edges have significant wear and small tears. Most importantly, there are two areas where scotch tape was used on the back side. (See my last photo.) Other than that, it\'s good to go. Please refer to my photos to determine condition and worth for yourself. Shipping will be FREE.
NOTE: We must ask that folks new to with less than 10 response contact us before offerding. We understand that most new buyers are very sincere about wanting to buy the item on which they have offer. Sadly, we have had way too many folks offer and not follow through with payment. We are more than glad to sell to new ers, we were new once too. TERMS OF SALE
Almost all of our items are vintage/antique. Being older items, they likely have wear, tear, repairs, etc (just like us!). We do not typically accept returns and consider all sales final. The exception to this is any item which is not as described in the listing. We attempt to be very descriptive and include appropriate photos. However, as we are not experts, we know that what looks great to us, may have a flaw to a true expert.
