The WWII German Mine Markeris made of a dark yellow cotton cloth triangle with black Skull and Crossbonesprinted on both sides. The edges aresewn. These were used by the WWII GermanArmy to mark Explosive Land Mines. Thesesmall cloth insignia would be tied to stakes or tied to wire. The Mine Marker measures about 4 1/2” x 31/2” inches.
