I have never seen one of these before, its near mint, and measures 11.5 inches tall NOT including the string hanger at top, IE from the wooden bar to the fringe. A great piece of home-front material. I guess its meant to be a window flag if you or your family member was not fit for service and worked in a vital industry. Coolio.
