Lou Van Koevering Cornet and Trumpet Collection – OLD LOU
You are offering on a part of history, part of the Lou Van Koevering Cornet and Trumpet collection of over 60 instruments collected from the 1950s through today. Many of the horns come from the early part of the 1900s through 1960s. The collection includes many unique trumpets and cornets as well as more common instruments.
Lou was an avid musician and trumpet players from mid-west Michigan, performing in many groups and ensembles and teaching for many years. Lou served our country in both the Navy and the Air Force.
Lou kept really good care of his horns. He kept them in very good working condition.
Proceeds from the sale of this and other items from the Lou Van Koevering Collection go to support this loving wife, Karen.
