How to store:
1. If you do not use your printer for more than a few days, please retract the filament to protect the nozzle of your printer.
2. To prolong the life of your filament, please put the unsealed filament back into the original vacuum bag and store it in a cool and dry place after printing.
3. When storing your filament, please feed the loose end through the holes on the edge of the filament spool to prevent it from unraveling so that it will feed properly the next time you use it.

Delivery details

(1) We will dispatch the item within 1 working day after receipt of payment.

(2) We will dispatch your order to your PayPal address, except to the address given by the buyer!

Returns

(1) The buyer must contact us within 60 days of receiving the item. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs and the cost of shipping the new item.
