The battery life is not guaranteed, however, when unplugged, it doesn't die out right away. In Dell's BIOS/ SETUP the condition is sated to be: POOR. But again, WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE BATTEY!
This laptop is in used condition. The left button for the track pad is not working. Some of the keys feel "sticky" when you press them. There is a crack on the plastic by the buttons for the track pad. It has been wiped and has a fresh install of the operating system and is ready to be used by the buyer. Some updates/ drivers may be needed. There may be some marks, scratches, ware/ tare on the top cover, bottom cover, sides, edges, corners, keyboard, trackpad, and palmrest. Please see pics. The battery life is not guaranteed, however, the laptop does not shut off right away. In Dell's setup/ BIOS menu, it is stated that the battery condition is: POOR. But again, we cannot guarantee it. Will come with a genuine Dell power adapter.

Returns:We have a 30 day return policy with the buyer paying the return shipping. Replacements offered when available. Any returns made by a buyer for an item listed as parts/not working (when described correctly in the listing) OR the buyer purchased an incorrect item, will be charged a 50% restocking fee and shipping cost will not be refunded.
