I bought this item new. Somehow from factory the top heatsink came attached to the wrong size standoff. The stand off is stuck. I tried to take it off with pliers but it is really stuck. A small circular washer came off from somewhere between the heatsink and standoff. In the video you can see the standoff won't screw in to the board. Motherboard was never used or installed. I can only ship on Saturday. NO EXCEPTIONS. Items purchased after 9 AM CST will have to wait till the following Saturday.
