10 Inch Rack Mount 1U for the UniFi Switch Flex 2.5G 8
A 1U tray that seats the USW-Flex-2.5G-8 in a 10 inch mini rack, printed to order in matte black PETG. The switch slides in from the front, through the window, until it touches the two rear stop posts, and sits about 11 mm proud of the faceplate; all eight ports face forward. No adhesive, no modification to the switch.
Designed From The Published Specification
- Fits: Ubiquiti USW-Flex-2.5G-8, 212.9 x 76 x 33.5 mm, per Ubiquiti's own tech specs.
- Opening 214.9 x 35.5 mm over a flush floor gives 1 mm of side clearance and 2 mm above the switch.
- Tray depth carries the 76 mm body; the power lead exits at the rear.
- Faceplate 248 mm wide on EIA-310 10 inch hole spacing; 1U (44.5 mm) tall.

- Single piece.
- Fits any 10 inch / 254 mm mini rack with standard square or round holes.
- Part measures 248 x 73 x 44.5 mm. Matte black PETG.

Each unit is printed fresh in our shop on calibrated printers and inspected before it ships. Lead time is typically 1-3 business days. Minor layer lines are normal for FDM 3D printing and part of the finish.
