Definition of OEM
OEM: An Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) is a company that producesparts, components, or products used in another company’s final, brandedproduct. For Example if Samsung sells a SSD directly to Dell then the SamsungSSD will have a Dell "OEM" label on the drive. Some common OEM namesinclude HP, Dell and Lenovo. Please note that OEM Solid State (SSD) or harddrives, typically do not include any manufacturer's warranty. A warranty may beprovided by the seller if explicitly stated.
Returneditems must be in the same condition as received.
Allcomponents, accessories, and documentation originally included must bereturned.
Itemsreturned with excessive wear, missing parts, or damaged may be subject to apartial refund. Wrong items returned or un-repairable or unusable items are notaccepted for return / refund.
New, sealed in box or package items can only be returned for full refund ifunopened. Any NEW item that is returned opened will receive a partialrefund as the item can no longer be resold as New. New items returned in usedcondition, missing parts or damaged will only receive a partial refund. Wrongitem returned or Items returned un-repairable or unusable are not accepted forreturn for refund.

- Genuine drives have genuine firmware: These drives run the original firmware, ensuring they have the advertised capacity, speed, and reliability.
Product Registration
Please save you receipt. A copy of your receipt may be required tovalidate the effective start date of your item's warranty. If you need acopy of your receipt please contact us.For NEW retail products like SSDs,in order to validate a serial number or register the product. The buyer mustprovide the information requested on the manufacturer's web site forregistering the product. For example Western Digital (WD) (Now SanDisk)require and specify the following: "If you do not have a valid receipt,please photograph your product front & back and upload photographs."Please note that this step is extremely important because not all serialnumbers can be confirmed with the online serial number status tool.Withthis understanding, the buyer agrees and understands that web site serial number"STATUS" tool can help authenticate items, but it alone cannotdetermine if an item is authentic or fake. Many authentic serial numbers do notexist in the online database. This is exactly why the registration process mayrequire a copy of your receipt and sometimes a photo of the actual item. Pleasenote that OEM Solid State (SSD) or hard drives, even if new, usually do notallow registration or include any manufacturer warranty. Please contact us ifyou have any issues. Buyer mayrequest cancellation of orders.For computer systems, we can usuallycancel orders within 16 hrs of purchase. After 24 hours it becomes less likelyyour order can be cancelled because most orders have shipped within 24 hours. Smallitems like SSD drives often ship out same day so these items often cannot becancelled unless we receive your request within 1 hour of ordering. Also,rarely we may need to contact you through to clarify details about an itemor purchase. We may need to contact you if there was a listing error or tooffer a equal substitution or upgrade if a part is out of stock or failedduring final test phase (pre-shipping). Note that failure to respond to ourrequest for clarification or additional information, will be handled as yourequesting cancellation of your order. Also, if you accidentally purchased anitem that is exclusively sold as an add-on part to a system, then your orderwill be handled as though you requested cancellation of your order.
