The 1990's HP Circuit Technology Group Scratch Note Cube is a vintage HP Semiconductors Circuit Technology Group famous for making RISC Microprocessors, ASIC (the engine for HP's illustrious printer group, networking chip for the internet, and Bipolar chips which were critical for HP's instruments. HP Chip Design Centers were scattered around the world and worked closely with HP product division to design and fabricate in HP's proprietary wafer fabs in Palo Alto, Cuperitino, Santa Clara, Ft. Collins, CO, and Corvallis, Oregon. These note pad cubes were an office supply staple that employees used to make notes and comments on designs/drawings and for quick notes that were attached to many office paperwork, or just a quick note that was used before smart phones, like: "Joes call me."
