• Shipping:

Your items will be professionally packed by our shipping & processing warehouse.  All items are shipped within 2-3 days by FedEx Ground or USPS.  All items that are listed for sale are in stock and ready to ship.

Sorry, we do not ship internationally.  We do, however,sendtoshipping hubs that specialize in out-of-country shipping.  Please make sure your ship-to addressis correct before placing your order.

We welcome our customers topickuptheir items from our storelocatedin Centennial, CO.

Pickup hours are between 9AM and 5PM.

Please bring a copy of your winning sale for reference (this can be printed or shown to the representative on your phone).

We only accept creditcardas payment when doing a local pickup.  PayPal or Pay may also be used inadvance, butwill require extra verifications which will slow the pickup process.

We willaskto scan your pickup QR code at the time of pickup.  Please have this ready

• Returns:

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one.

- All items are serialized and inventoried prior to shipment

- Buyeris responsible forpayment of return shipping.

- Buyer is responsibleto ensureproper packaging is used to return items to us.  Any items that are damaged in shipping due to incorrect packaging will not be accepted.

Items must be returnedinthe condition they were sent.  Any items that were damaged by the customer due to neglect or improper installation will not be accepted.
