Crafted from durable stainless spring steel and a proprietary double-sided PEI coating, this platform can withstand temperatures up to 300°C while ensuring excellent adhesion for various filaments including PLA, ABS, PETG, and PC. Its reusable design minimizes waste and extends lifespan, providing double the utility of single-sided options.
Cooling & Easy Demolding: The flexible spring steel design allows you to easily bend the plate to release prints without scratching. Simply place it on the heat bed, level it, and print. After printing, let the platform cool to room temperature for automatic demolding. For added convenience, gently bending the spring steel plate releases your model effortlessly—no scraping or adhesives needed.
Rapid Cleaning Protocol: Maintain your PEI surface by cleaning it with 75% alcohol or mild soap water to remove any residue. For stubborn stains, preheat the plate to 150°C and gently scrub with a soft brush. The design allows for straightforward assembly and disassembly. Regular maintenance includes checking the spring tension (maintain 5N force) and cleaning the platform every 50 hours of use.
Level Notice: Be mindful of the nozzle-to-PEI distance to prevent scratches. Any damage or contamination on the PEI surface can impact longevity and print quality. While we are confident in our product's durability, please acknowledge its consumable nature. Longevity is influenced by usage frequency and handling. Ensure precise nozzle-to-platform distance control (0.2-0.3mm) through real-time sensor response and dynamic compensation.
