- Hard drives, solid-state drives, and all data-bearing devices have been wiped according to R2v3 standards.
SHIPPING
- We ship via UPS Ground or USPS.
- We only ship to confirmed U.S. addresses as indicated in PayPal.

- We are located in Kent, Washington and items can be picked up directly from our facility.
- Sorry, we don’t ship to Alaska or Hawaii without pre-arrangement.
WARRANTY
- WE DO NOT WARRANTY LAPTOP BATTERIES. Your refurbished machine will contain a used battery. By their nature batteries do not typically have long lives. We test batteries to ensure they are functional and hold a charge, but we do not guarantee the duration of that charge.
RETURNS
- Refunds are on final offer amount only; shipping and handling are non-refundable.

LOCAL PICKUP
- Contact us if you would like to pick up your item at our location in Kent, Washington.
- Please do not come to our facility until pickup arrangements have been made.
- Local pickups take 1 to 2 days to process. We are closed on weekends.
