Up for sale is a used, but tested good working Maxtor DiamondMax Plus 60 (5T030H3), 30GB 3.5" IDE drive. While not a quiet drive, it isn't too loud for what it is. It's got the usual 7200rpm ball bearing spindle racket, but the bearings don't sound particularly worn. No bad sectors were detected during scan.The drive is pretty quick for a PATA drive. It averaged about 30MB/sec. on a MHDD scan test, and it has a decent seek time too.
