These modules and chips were made in Japan.
Each module is 1Mx9 chip configuration comprising of 2x 1MB4 bit widechips and a 1MB 1 bit wide parity chip. Memory is rated at 70ns. The parity chip has also been verified as genuine with our SimCHECK Memory tester as it was common back in the day for cheaper memory to have a‘fake’ parity chip.
Modules are tested with our Innoventions SimCHECK II Memory tester. This tester not only tests the memory for read/write and access speeds but will test the chips at different voltages and load currents to ensure a real-world test scenario. An image of our Memory tester is shown below, it is not included in the listing and is for illustrative purposes only.
Included with each set of memory is a test report showing the test results and specifications of the RAM.
Memory will be packed in an anti static bag and padded to ensure a safe delivery.It is the buyer’s responsibility to enusre compatibility prior to purchase.
