We apologize for past flaws. We fixed every burr and wobble, but didn't stop there. New 1" Upgrade: We engineered a reinforced 1-inch die specifically for high torque. Launched 2025-11-18, this Gen-2 kit is safer, stronger, and precision-machined. This is the quality you deserve.

Connect the longer end of the hex shank to your electric drill. Attach the shorter end to the threader. The larger cutting end is used to cut external threads on the outside of the pipe.

Make sure your drill is set to forward (clockwise) rotation. When cutting external threads, the pipe will not go inside the threader—this is normal. Simply hold the pipe steady, press the threader against the outer surface of the pipe, and let the drill do the work in a clockwise motion.

Connect the longer end of the hex shank to your electric drill. Attach the shorter end to the threader. The smaller cutting end is designed for tapping internal threads inside the pipe.

Make sure your drill is set to forward (clockwise) rotation. Insert the threader into the pipe opening, keep it aligned, and apply steady pressure while running the drill. This allows clean, accurate internal threads to form.
